As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and creative Digital Media, Marketing & Web Specialist to strengthen our brand, expand our online presence, and produce high-quality digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce, edit, and publish professional videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, advertisements, and promotional graphics.
• Develop and maintain the company website.
• Improve website performance, SEO, and user experience.
• Build and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
• Create branding materials consistent with the ALIONG’O AERO identity.
• Manage online advertising campaigns and monitor performance.
• Produce photography and media content during company events, customer visits, and aviation activities.
• Support internal marketing initiatives and business development activities.
• Drive the company vehicle for business errands, customer visits, airport meetings, and media assignments when required.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional video editing.
• Strong knowledge of one or more of the following:
  • DaVinci Resolve
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Canva Pro
  • Final Cut Pro
  • CapCut Professional
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Experience in graphic design and branding.
• Experience managing websites using WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong creativity with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Highly Desirable Skills

Candidates with any of the following will have an advantage:

• Background in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, or other programming languages.
• Experience with AI content creation tools.
• Experience running Google Ads, Meta Ads, or LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
• Photography, drone videography, or animation skills.
• Knowledge of branding strategy and digital analytics.
• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation.

Driving Requirements

Applicants must possess:

• A valid Kenyan driver’s licence.
• Strong driving experience within Nairobi and surrounding areas.
• Confidence navigating city traffic and attending meetings throughout the region.
